1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Peptide Calculator Log website or iOS app (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
The Service is intended for adults 18 years of age or older. You must not use the Service if you are pregnant, nursing, or under a clinician's care for a condition that could be affected by your use of peptide protocols.
3. Not medical advice
The Service is an informational and tracking tool only. Nothing in the Service constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. See our medical disclaimer for full details.
4. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the Service's output. You must verify every calculation against your vial label and your provider's instructions.
5. Subscription & billing
The iOS app is free to download. Some advanced features are available via in-app subscription managed by Apple. Pricing, billing, renewals, and refunds are handled exclusively by Apple via the App Store. We do not bill users directly.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: reverse-engineer the Service except as permitted by law; misuse forms or APIs (e.g., automated abuse, spam); attempt to access other users' data; or use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by EbyApps. Brand names referenced for clinical clarity (e.g., Ozempic®, Mounjaro®, Wegovy®, Zepbound®) are the property of their respective owners.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that calculations are free of error or that reference dose ranges are appropriate for your situation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EbyApps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
